Inaugural Run
This past Christmas, Sue, Nick, Steve, Ken and I gave Mom and Dad a promise of a Big Green Egg when LBF was finally complete. They picked up the Egg about a month ago, and last night was the first time it was put into action. Dad wanted to start out small, so he grilled filets for us and they turned out delicious. Below you can see the "christening" of the Egg and the efforts of the superb grill-master at work.
